Membership is a requirement of joining the Club as it ensures that all members feel safe in the knowledge that they are surrounded by people who have a common interest, and respect the club's ethos and code.
We offer an all-in-one membership, which means everyone receives the same benefits no matter with the investment. Students and partners, we've got you covered with a bespoke membership package to suit you with all benefits included. We have flexible payment terms including monthly and annual membership available which can be cancelled at any time.

Pay as you use membership: If you would like to join the Club without the commitment, the "Pay as you use" membership might be for you. This option provides access to events by purchasing tickets in advance.

What is the joining process for new members?It's simple. Apply on the Become a member page, we will review your application and get back to you in 48 hours or less. No fuss, no problem!

What is the frequency of payments for the membership subscription?There is the option of a recurring monthly payment which is automatic and deducted from your bank each month. An annual payment option is also available and can be arranged by emailing our in-house membership team on membership@bemember.club who will arrange for a payment link to be shared.

What if I want to cancel my membership?Monthly membership payments can be ceased at any time, you are not obliged to stay any longer than you want to, but we encourage you to contact us and let us know what could be done to remain in the Club. Unfortunately, annual one off payments cannot be refunded.

Is there a referral scheme for friends and business acquaintances?Yes of course! From the first of May we will launch a referral scheme. All referrals are appreciated by the team as we do not advertise and we rely solely on word of mouth to grow our community. Contact House Membership if you have made a successful referral and you will be presented with gift options there and then. Email: membership@bemember.club

Does the membership fee cover the cost of all events and meet-ups?Your investment covers all 6 meet-ups in a year, that's FREE in-person mixers. Exclusive events will be charged at a nominal fee depending on the type and scale of activity or event.

Are there tiered membership plans available?We provide "All access, One membership" we provide all members with the same level of membership. We have tailored the amount you pay, to suit you. Once a member you will not have to worry about missing out on any offers or invites from the day you join.

How do I get the offer of a complimentary membership?The complimentary membership is available until January 2026. After this time members will have the opportunity to opt into investing in a paid membership or a pay as you use membership.

Do you meet online or offline?We meet online and offline, similar to that of a hybrid approach, however 60% offline and 40% in person. We aim to cater for all and take the approach that most deals and collaborations take place in the most obscure and relaxed environments.

Can I bring a friend to an event if they are not a member?Existing members can request up to two guests to meetings and events. However, if accepted they will be a paying guest and subject to capacity, availability and of course adhering to Club rules.

What if I am from overseas and cannot physically be there in person?If you live overseas, and are fortunate enough to visit London, please drop by we’ll be happy to host you and we will also host virtual meet-ups too. For those that are more overseas than not, our Non-Member Standard meet-up space is FREE to anyone that wants to join, and available to everyone, we share a monthly newsletter for you to keep up-to-date from any distance. How can I communicate with the team?The team is always available and on hand to answer any questions you may have. Email membership@bemember.club or use the Chat function on the Contact page. Members can also communicate directly via the Clubs B-linc WhatsApp Community.

I'd like to join in a few months, would that be possible?If now is not the time to join our club, fear not, you can still be kept in the loop by subscribing to our Club newsletter. The complimentary membership offer is only available until January 2026. Thereafter, members will need to invest in a paid membership to continue the service.

What if I have a suggestion, can I share that with you?We have and always will welcome suggestions from members. This is a new model of membership, launched in January 2024 and we have plans to grow and improve consistently. Without our members there is no community therefore we encourage members to tell us what we are doing right and what could be improved. Talk to us at membership@bemembers.club.
